My sleep arrow lasts for I believe 15 or so seconds)Well I unlocked it as I needed that for the passives, but I feel like I'm going to upgrade it only once the important nodes are maxed already. (Or perhaps this might just be due to time lapse. It seems sleep arrow resets their alert status, but only if you let them wake back up. If I kill an enemy and another gets alerted, I tend to sleep arrow them and kill other enemies until the timer ends. If I see a group I instantly sleep arrow them and carefully take them out (Touching them ends your stealth multiplier). This can happen easily when they're grouped up or following each other around. They'll only go alert if you kill their friend right in front of them. Frost Prime (along with Sicarus Prime, Glaive Prime, Ember Prime, Latron Prime, and Reaper Prime ) were available from December 6th, 2016 to January 3rd, 2017 as part of the Fire and Ice. Oh, and it doesn't include finishers so keep that in mind. Frost Prime, along with Latron Prime and Reaper Prime, was again accessible on December 8th, 2015 to January 5th, 2016 when the Prime Vault was unsealed. Seeing as Strategic is on the same path as more crit chance and invisibility, I don't see why not. The 25% can also go towards actually leveling gear too. When you happen to alert an enemy in a spy mission, you can go stealth kill another enemy who isn't alerted and about 30 seconds or so later, you can go back and stealth kill that enemy who was previously alerted because they don't stay alerted permanently in spy missions. Exterminate not only ends after you kill the enemies but they are alerted and you don't get full affinity stealth bonus on every kill like you can in spy missions. So you don't have to run around far and can easily maintain 500% affinity bonus.
The reason is because you can finish the 3 vaults then run around farming stealth kills for as long as you like because the enemies respawn fast. I recently started using her for stealth and it's tons of xp. I second this (though mag with shield polarize on the highest level corpus survival is tons of xp too). 30 000 points in less than 10 minutes on Ceres, Ludi. IMO the best frame for focus farming is Ivara.
